I own a successful business, about 7 years ago, Cardone university was pushing me to sign up for something. They sell like they are desperate. Dude was a sales manager and even sent me a personal video of him on the sofa with his mom pleading with me. It was clown town. When I said “no”, they harassed me so much I had to block them. If a product is legit , you don’t have to beg.
@@youtuber6185 I agree
Yup. I had a guy trying to oversell me just on the 10x conference a few years ago after I did the purple one. Dude kept blowing me up and then tried to call me a loser for not doing it. I didn't have to remind him that he is still working for someone else as to where I'm owning my own business
@ I think they called me a loser too. And texted me in the middle of the night , when he didn’t sign up I started getting calls from all over the world. One was from Somalia. Mike Bonnett was one that sent me videos of him and his mom. Also started harassing my employees as well. Absolutely insane.
@@youtuber6185 : this just gave me an idea. Sign up using your worst competitors right into to their main sales funnel so the Cardone sales guys keep impeding their business 😂
WOW I had no idea Grant Cardone is almost 70 yr old!! That’s what he should be selling. How to look and feel young! That dude is in great shape and tons of energy for almost 70 years old!!! Impressive
You brilliantly captured the relentless grind of working for a true hustler-someone who’s constantly in motion, not out of choice, but out of necessity. The moment they slow down, the world catches up, and the entire hustle teeters on the edge. You painted that reality with sharp precision.
A financial company i used to work for hired Grant to speak at our conference in Vegas. While listening to him speak i looked over to my buddy and said I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him. I got the creeps listening to him. I thought, "This guy is is evil". I've worked for guys like him before, in the military and civilian side. I dispise narcissistic people.
The problem with these online gurus is that they convey the same message. You have to work 13 -15 hours a day, go to the gym in the morning , etc. but they never share the actual meat and potatoes of what did, the actual steps , the actual techniques and strategies , of making their money
@@scott783 I agree, they sell the mystery of how they can solve it when you sign up instead of the step by step solution
@@militarythencodehere is another one. I noticed Natalie Dawson on RUclips saying she built a 100 million dollar business. That’s Brandon and grant’s money that started cardone ventures. It’s stated in a way that she did it from scratch. What is her deal?
@@scott783 she’s a liar she hasn’t built anything
@@militarythencode that's exactly what I thought. She married someone worth 75 million and now is saying she built the company. She seems like she would be very difficult to work for and unreasonable. The whole operation sounds similar to Survival Insurance in Los Angeles in the 90's. Ritchie Acunto was basically Grant before Grant. The big personality, OT7 in the church, houses in Beverly Hills. Got investigated by the Department of Insurance in 1999. The agents and brokers were making 100-200k a year, some of them more. So its very tempting and its difficult to get a true picture of what is exactly going on within the company.
Why would a billionaire tell you how they make their money?? That’s dumb!! In that case we will all be rich. Being wealthy is not easy and it’s a lot of headache and frustration so of course they’ll make it look easy
I met Grand Cardone and Jared when I was like 19 and broke. I wanted to buy some books for like $50 and he tried to upsell me for like $10,000 worth of stuff. He's definitely about his money. lol.

People who sell courses obviously are making more money doing that. Those who can, do an those who can’t, teach. I use to think Grant was great but that belfort podcast opened my eyes. Look think about it if you were making a Ton of money in any industry, why would you want to train your competitors? Makes ZERO sense. Don’t trust gurus especially the ones that call themselves your mentor. A mentor doesn’t charge you a Dime! Anything a guru can teach you can read in a book much cheaper. An the oh I’ve been there done that can save you time and money in mistakes is just a sales tactic. You need to make mistakes an learn from them. You need to feel the pain of failure because it fuels the fire inside of you to win an never let it happen again. Experience is the best teacher. Not a fake guru who just wants to drain your bank account.

Congratulations. You nailed it.

I used to be a project manager for Brian Tracy … and very familiar with Tony Robbin’s. Both San Diego based…. Same products.
Brian is an OG in the business, and at this point the US market was tapped, so we focused on Malaysia and India. Thats where most of his speaking engagements were.
Our department was completely detached from Brian’s work. Essentially I had an email list of 2 million.
On a weekly basis we’d revamp and repackage one of his courses: Entrepreneurial, Self Improvement and Business focused. I’d outline the product, get it approved, have my coding team make the splash page and funnel, get the graphics made and tie social media in.
My most important task was writing the email subject lines, and split testing.
On average each email would produce $70k in a week. I was one of 4 teams….
It was a digital product, the content was already created essentially, and in all honesty it’s all just stuff ripped off from Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich), and the pleathora of business books from hucksters that ripped of the core concepts in Stoicism.
It was a fun work environment, but wasn’t for me. It felt shitty, and my prior experience was for high end ad agencies and media.
It’s amazing how much of that stuff is out there once you realize the click funnel hustle

2 Real questions. Do the cardone ventures sales reps make 150k-400k in the Scottsdale AZ office? That’s what is being stated. 2nd, the sales staff looks very young. Are they shying away from hiring people 40 and up? I am looking to leave Los Angeles and possibly move to Phoenix. I was considering applying there. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
@@scott783 thanks for asking, I would say yes to both questions. They make a lot of money but you have to go all in on the 10x mindset and actions. They do not care about age as long as you go all in on what they are teaching. My only advice would be to really ask yourself if you want to buy into it because a lot of the sales principles are unethical in my opinion but it’s easy for you to see it as ethical because they beat it into your head. So it’s up to you but I wouldn’t recommend moving to work for him or his companies
@@militarythencode Many thanks for the transparency! Sounds like the salary numbers are accurate but one really has to go along with the whole program. I am 49 and have done sales for the last 23 years. However, the sales staff pictured on the LinkedIn photos and the website appeared to be real young. I figured they just wanted to hire right out of college and train them their way. Based on that, I figured that they wouldn't give me an opportunity. But, making 150k-400k in addition to getting out of Los Angeles and reducing expenses is appealing. As a result, I had to do some research. I had reservations to begin with because they don't offer relocation assistance(only for exec positions) and Natalie's demeanor would be difficult to handle. I have worked for similar personality types before.
@scott783 no problem and a lot of the top guys are older and if I’m not mistaken they pay base salary plus commission structure. It would be a hell of an experience but I don’t think you should relocate to work for Grant. I moved from San Diego to Miami to work for him, it wasn’t bad but after a while I couldn’t fake it anymore and saw the bs for what it was. phoenix is a great area but don’t go there to work for Cardone ventures I don’t think it’ll be worth it. I believe all of Grant’s companies will be shut down by the Feds very soon because of the behind the scenes business practices
@@militarythencode thank you for letting me know. I looked at the pictures of the employees from the Arizona office, so they probably did not have everyone in the photos. The base and commission structure sounds great. However, if they don't deliver on services promised in the bootcamps and events that I would be selling, then I would not be interested. If guys are closing people on the phone and the events are not delivering the help that was promised, that's a bad indicator. The other outpoint that I observed was the pending lawsuit from Gary Brecka, which isn't a great indicator either.
The phoenix office is locked up by the FBI!

To say he is doing it this way is because he can't refinance or get a line of credit shows a lack of understanding of the real estate process. 😂😂. He got the initial loan to first buy it. So why wouldn't he qualify later. Also have you seen the kinds of properties he buys? Everyone wants to lend on those. Next, He let's you know the returns. Are the returns lower than other investors? Yes. But he buys properties that are in great shape and in good locations so it minimizes the chances that he loses the property in time when the market is bad. Their is no issue with offering coaching especially if you do what you offer everyday like I do with coding. Grant offers real estate coaching but ryan seko is the guy that knows the real estate, again that comes off as unethical to me 🤷🏾♂️
@ hi I found the correlation strange. Like I said I don’t know Grant and found some of the stuff unusual. But going in the ring with the 800lb gorilla in the market with money to burn on defamation lawsuits is probably brave in my mind. I have seen that happen in a different industry. I get it about your opinion and I shared my perspective there is a weird fixation on the guy on other podcasts as well. Look more power to you. I don’t know this industry and again found it interesting but at the same time felt like you sounded more like a disgruntled former employee.
@ all good points. I felt like Gary breaka was crying a lot on podcasts all over and he doesn’t seem squeaky clean. Look no hard feelings. Your opinions and observations felt shallow but here I am was I watched it to the end .. completely understandable.
@ Not a fixation, you can think I sound like whatever you want. I lived through it and sharing it to youtube for people to make their own assumptions. I have no feeling towards grant or any of his companies. Nothing I said hasn't already been said by him or his executive staff. I find it strange that people comment their fears and expect others to be fearful as well hahaha. 😂
@ Its crying when you are done wrong and sharing it with the world ? Dam. You dont have to be squeaky clean to have been done wrong. He is sharing what he went through and if you do your research you'll know that there are 100s of people with gary's same experience with cardone ventures
24:52 he’s 70 years old what? That’s crazy
70yr old guy; what’s crazy about that? He is just old as shit
@@militarythencodelol I think he’s like 67-68. Unless he lies about his age.
@ lol he is 100% in his late 60s, I had a copy of his driver license when I worked there
I know a big time contractor down in Florida and a Car Dealership that knew Grant and swore by him. Cardone a always struck me as a bit of a Con Man, but those guys loved him.
i know ppl who dont like you
It’s because of the brainwashing, I fell for it too man but after a while you start to wake up if you are an independent thinker. Most people aren’t..
I worked for him to and it was the best place i ever worked
@ good for you, everybody’s experience is different
I am certified investor. He reminds me of a madoff ran company.
That’s what teams are for!
Ok but this is one viewpoint for one like this there are 1200 other people who work for him very happy
Fair point but I wouldn’t say happy…. Maybe brainwashed 🤣🤣
@ ok it is a viewpoint but to assume that everyone is brainwashed is a bit too far off… maybe they share the same views
@@vittoriascopelliti8396 100% they are brainwashed if they have worked there longer than 6 months. I dont expect you to understand from a YT video, ive seen it first hand in real life 🤷🏾♂
@ I understand your view, but still it is one against 1200 - but ok if that is your experience I respect that
@ they are faking to keep up with the 10x mindset and branding. All of the independent thinkers get fired or leave the company
Need timestamps in this mess
Great watch, who is the interviewer? Can’t find any info
@@Greagzlist Matthew cox, he runs a YT channel titled: Inside True Crime
Is this an interview or a monologue???? Why do you invite someone if you just keep talking ?????
@@juliedubois5650 🤣🤣
@ glad it makes you laugh!! 0/10
@ I did not enjoy the excessive talking either
